In a perfect world the suspension of your motorbike would react differently every time. The top half of the spring would be supple and would react flexibly to absorb small bumps and irregularities instantly. As the spring compresses, it becomes more rigid so even large bumps and holes in a road surface will not cause the suspension to bottom out.

For cost-efficiency reasons, new motorbikes are equipped with linear springs. Compressing the top half of this type of spring takes just as much force as compressing the bottom half. The result is that the top of the spring is in fact too rigid and the bottom too supple.

Fortunately, this perfect world does exist. Hyperpro produces progressive springs whereby the top half is easily compressible and compression of the bottom half is much harder. This results in a perfect set-up for every situation.

Your bike reacts the way you'd hope for.
You are riding through the mountains and the road surface is disappearing under your feet at an incredible speed. The ultimate motorbike experience. This is why you love riding a motorbike! You steer from left to right and you thoroughly enjoy yourself. Next, a straight stretch of road. Ahead of you a lorry comes into view. The left lane is free, you push your knees into the fuel tank and open the throttle. You have done this a thousand times before, without any problems.

Only this time it's different. There are enough bumps in the road to make a Formula 1 car flip over. Just as you've passed the lorry, your hands nearly get knocked off the handlebars. Of course, you are an excellent bike rider, however, what will happen next is mostly down to pure luck...

A Hyperpro steering damper reduces this kind of risk to a bare minimum. Tank slappers and vibrations are intercepted by the damper. As a result you have a bike that steers the way you're used to and reacts the way you'd hope for in unexpected circumstances.

Shocks

progessive springBecause we believe and we know there is room for improvement, Hyperpro has developed the new 3D shock. We are able to guarantee a one hundred percent quality, because this shock is manufactured in-house. The many light-weight aluminium parts have been CNC machined in our own workshop as well. We never use (more fragile) casted parts for our products.

How does a bike rider know this shock is better?
The length of the 3D shock is easy to adapt and it has the option of a hydraulic spring preload adjuster. In addition, the incoming as well as the outgoing damping is completely adjustable for both high and low speeds.

Height Adjustment Kits

That is why Hyperpro produces height adjustment kits. With one of our height rising kits you can make your motorbike 20 to 30 millimetres higher, with a lowering kit you can lower your bike by 30 to 40 millimetres. In real terms this means an essential difference.
