Qualifier
Successor
to the top-selling D208ZR sport radial, the Qualifier offers
true race track-level grip and performance. Rear tire compound
blends three race-developed polymers to maximize grip and warm-up
quickly in the wet or the dry. Race-derived front tire profile
promotes quicker turn-in and lighter steering while also contributing
to a larger footprint at maximum lean angles.

Sportmax D208 Race Replica
Supersport
road tyre for fast road and track-day use.
Successor to the phenomenally successful D207 RR with improved
grip and handing.New directional tread patterns front and rear
based on race and championship winning D208F GP and D208 GP
"A".
New patterns have optimised Land/Sea ratios, increasing towards
the shoulder to increase traction at high lean angles.
"Cosecant Curve" tread layout aligns grooves with
the forces acting in the contact patch to improve block stiffness
reduce irregular wear and improve cornering stability.
Front and rear patterns rotate in opposite directions to align
grooves with braking and accelerating forces respectively, further
reducing irregular wear and improving stability.
The front tyre uses a modified "GP Type" profile for
good steering response, giving easy, accurate, corner entry
characteristics with reduced steering effort.
Mid corner feedback and agility are also improved resulting
in greater rider confidence.
The rear tyre uses a modified "Single Radius Concept"
profile reducing changes to steering geometry and contact area
resulting in improved mid corner agility and lateral traction.
Front tyre construction uses 2 cut aramid breaker tread reinforcement
fitted over a single radial casing ply.
This technique reduces contact patch distortion to improve stability
under braking and corner entry characteristics.
Rear tyre construction features Dunlop system of a single jointless
aramid breaker package fitted over a single radial casing ply.
This technique resists tyre fling at high speed to improve stability
and reduce internal stresses and the heat build up which results
in high wear rates or rapidly deteriorating tyre performance.
This construction also reduces unsprung weight improving the
suspension characteristics of the motorcycle further improving
both grip and handling.
Front and rear constructions also use Dunlop CTCS carcass tension
control system, controlling casing stress distribution to optimise
tension in different areas of the casing improving cornering
stability, straight line traction and rider feedback: Improving
rider confidence.
The new Sportmax D208 RR tread pattern, tyre profiles and casing
construction are optimised to allow the use of softer compounds
without the penalty of a high wear rate.
The Sportmax D208 RR uses new race-derived compounds front and
rear.
The front compound uses SSBR (Solution Styrene Butadiene Rubber)
molecular engineered polymer, reinforced with Ultra fine-grain
carbon black for high grip and short warm up time with good
tyre life.
The rear compound uses a similar SSBR molecular engineered polymer
and Ultra fine grain carbon black system but this is further
reinforced with Silica to improve wet grip and shorten warm
up time.

Sportsmax D207
The
D207 uses a compound that does not need long periods of warming
and therefore ensures an estate immediate tyre also completely
cold.
The D207 also pays special attention to security that infuses
the pilot and his satisfaction in terms of comfort and durability.
The SBR compound (Styrene Butadiene) uses carbon blacks grain
thin, formulated in a special way to improve the grip and extend
the life of the tyre. The compound rear tyre was further reinforced
by the addition of silica to reduce wear and increase traction
on the wet. Particularly improved control in wet roads, increasing
the "feel" of the motorcycle and driver confidence
in the tyres. the new Sportmax D207 provides new levels of performance
and length of the segment of highway motorcycles sporting high
cylinder capacity worldwide. Composite front wheel specially
designed for maximum grip at low temperatures, and improve braking
grip side. Composite rear tire based SBR polymer, which is specially
designed for: * Controlling the effects of high temperatures
produced under strong acceleration and high speeds maintained.
*Reinforced of the compound, by adding newly developed carbon
black long molecular chain, which increases the duration of
the tyres, his grip and his temperature resistance.
The speed index for the new dunlop Sportmax D 207 E is W.
